The UK Goverment has announced the £400 boiler scrappage Scheme
From 18th January 2010 homeowners may qualify to claim £400 towards the cost of replacing G rated gas boilers with an energy efficient A rated boiler.
The scheme works on a voucher system and the qualifying homeowners redeem the voucher once the installation is complete. See www.energysavingtrust.co.uk for full details of the scheme.
